Party Threads
Skewer sun-dried tomatoes, basil and baby bocconcini for surprise mouthfuls of colour and flavour. Try these other irresistible combinations - all work well interlaced with a fragrant fresh basil leaf:
- char-grilled capsicum and cubes of goats' feta cheese
- pitted Kalamata olives and cubes of rare barbequed tuna
- yellow egg tomatoes and pitted Kalamata olives
- semi-dried tomatoes and Australian feta cheese
- char-grilled capsicum and leg ham

Anchovy and Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
100g butter, softened
¼ cup Italian Parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 Sandhurst Herb & Garlic Anchovies, chopped
1 tablespoon Sandhurst Baby Capers
1 430g loaf Turkish Bread
Here's How:
- Preheat oven to 200oC.
- Combine butter, parsley, garlic, anchovies and capers in a small bowl; mix well. Cut Turkish bread in half horizontally and spread butter mixture evenly over both cut surfaces.
- Sandwich loaf back together and place on an oven tray.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp on the outside and heated through.
- Slice thickly and serve immediately.
Use Sandhurst regular Capers as an alternative.
