Warm Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
2 x 280g jars Sandhurst Artichokes, drained
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated parmesan
toasted Turkish bread to serve
Here's How:
- Pre heat oven to 180oC.
- Blend or process artichokes and garlic until smooth. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and stir through parmesan and mayonnaise.
- Spoon mixture into a 3 1/2 cup capacity oven proof dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
- Serve warm with toasted Turkish bread on the side.
