Bruschetta with Prosciutto, Goats Cheese & Thyme
Ingredients:
8 thick slices Italian Bread
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
100g prosciutto, chopped
2 tablespoons (50g) Sandhurst Bruschetta Topper, drained
1 tablespoon fresh lemon thyme
150g soft goats cheese
freshly ground black pepper
Here's How:
- Brush bread with oil and cook on heated grill plate until charred on both sides.
- Meanwhile combine prosciutto, Bruschetta Topper and thyme in a small bowl.
- Spread bread with goats cheese and top with prosciutto mixture.
- Season with pepper.
Use diced Sandhurst Sun-dried Tomatoes as an alternative to Bruschetta Topper.
