Goats' Cheese Canapés
  • Spread small rounds of sour dough toast with olive spread, top with goats cheese and sprinkle with baby capers.

Cream Cheese & Caperberry Canapés

Makes 24

Ingredients:

250g soft cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 Sandhurst Anchovies, chopped
pinch cayenne
2 tablespoons chopped chives
24 small wafer crackers
24 Sandhurst Caperberries, halved


Here's How:

  1. Combine cream cheese, juice, anchovies, cayenne and chives in a small bowl.
  2. Spread a heaped tablespoon of mixture onto each cracker and top each with two caperberry halves.
  3. Serve immediately.
