Cream Cheese & Caperberry Canapés
Makes 24
Ingredients:
250g soft cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 Sandhurst Anchovies, chopped
pinch cayenne
2 tablespoons chopped chives
24 small wafer crackers
24 Sandhurst Caperberries, halved
Here's How:
- Combine cream cheese, juice, anchovies, cayenne and chives in a small bowl.
- Spread a heaped tablespoon of mixture onto each cracker and top each with two caperberry halves.
- Serve immediately.
