Lupini Bean, Parsley and Chilli Paste
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients:
2 x 500g jars Sandhurst Lupini Beans, drained
250ml sour cream
1 cup chopped Italian parsley
½ teaspoon Sandhurst Crushed Garlic
1-2 teaspoons Sandhurst Chilli Paste
Here's How:
- Place all ingredients in food processer and blend to a paste. Transfer to a bowl and serve with crackers.
Note: this is a coarse-textured paste. For a smoother paste the beans may be peeled.
