Paremsan Wafers with Capsicum
Makes about 20
Ingredients:
3 cups (250g) grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon Kolonji (Nigella/ Black Onion) seeds
20 Sandhurst Char-grilled Capsicum Strips, drained
Here's How:
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Line an oven tray with baking paper. Make well-spaced little piles of one tablespoonful of cheese on tray. Sprinkle each with Kolonji seeds and bake 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven and cool on trays.
- Serve each wafer garnished with a char-grilled capsicum strip.
Note: wafers keep well in an airtight container for 2 - 3 days.
