Ingredients:
1/2 cup bourghul
1/2 cup water
2 cups Italian parsley, chopped
1 cup mint leaves, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/3 cup (100g) Sandhurst Bruschetta Topper
1/3 cup lemon juice
Here's How:
- Combine bourghul and water in a large bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 20 minutes, or until tender.
- Add parsley, mint, onion, Bruschetta Topper and lemon juice to bowl with bourghul; mix until well combined.
Use diced Sandhurst Sun-dried Tomatoes as an alternative to Bruschetta Topper
