Goats' Cheese Canapés
  • Spread small rounds of sour dough toast with olive spread, top with goats' cheese and sprinkle with baby capers.

Bruschetta with Prosciutto, Goats' Cheese & Thyme

Ingredients:

8 thick slices Italian Bread
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
100g prosciutto, chopped
2 tablespoons (50g) Sandhurst Bruschetta Topper, drained
1 tablespoon fresh lemon thyme
150g soft goats' cheese
freshly ground black pepper


Here's How:

  1. Brush bread with oil and cook on heated grill plate until charred on both sides.
  2. Meanwhile combine prosciutto, Bruschetta Topper and thyme in a small bowl.
  3. Spread bread with goats' cheese and top with prosciutto mixture.
  4. Season with pepper.


Use diced Sandhurst sun-dried tomatoes as an alternative to Bruschetta Topper.
