Sensational Summer Salad
  • Toss blanched green beans, cherry tomatoes, pitted Kalamata olives and sliced semi-dried tomatoes. Dress with balsamic dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Ham, Spinach and Olive Melt

Serves 1

Ingredients:

45g sliced leg ham
45g Fontina cheese
6 Sandhurst pitted Kalamata olives
½ cup baby spinach
2 slices white bread
olive oil spray


Here's How:

Sandwich ham, cheese, olives and spinach between bread slices. Spray both sides with olive oil and toast in a sandwich press until cheese melts and bread is golden brown. Serve immediately.
