The Perfect Smoked Salmon Sandwich with Cream Cheese, Cucumbers and Baby Capers in Rock Salt

Ingredients:
2 slices dark rye bread
70g cream cheese
8 thinly sliced cucumber circles
4 slices smoked salmon
10g Sandhurst Baby Capers in Rock Salt
Perfect for a summer alfresco lunch in the park.
Here's How:
- Thickly spread cream cheese on both halves of rye bread. Layer cucumbers, salmon, and rinsed capers (if using regular Sandhurst Capers or Baby Capers no need to rinse).
- Top with other spread slice of rye and cut diagonally in half.
- To present, lay one on top of the other at angles to show off the ingredients.
- Serve with a small dish of extra capers on the side.
