Salmon and Cream Cheese Melt
- Open pita bread and spread with spreadable cream cheese. Top with smoked salmon; sprinkle with a few capers and plenty of ground black pepper. Close the bread and spray each side with olive oil. Toast in a sandwich press until heated through.

Rosetta with Ambrosia, Salami & Radicchio
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 rosetta rolls
¼ cup whole egg mayonnaise
8 small raddicchio leaves
150g salami, sliced
150g ambrosia cheese, sliced
one 190g jar Sandhurst Panino Mix, drained
Here's How:
- Cut rolls in half horizontally and spread evenly with mayonnaise.
- Sandwich radicchio, salami, cheese and panino mix between halves.
- Serve immediately or pack for a picnic.
