Turkey, Brie & Semi-Dried Tomato Wrap
Ingredients:
4 Lavash or similar flat wrap bread
1/3 cup fruit chutney
½ cup drained Sandhurst Semi-dried Tomatoes
200g sliced smoked turkey
125g brie, sliced
1 medium carrot, peeled, then shaved with a vegetable peeler
100g snow pea sprouts, coarsely chopped
Here's How:
- Spread each Lavash with chutney, then top with semi-dried tomatoes.
- Top with remaining ingredients and roll up firmly.
