1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of this competition. Entries must be validated by a Hatcher Pty Ltd or Sandhurst Fine Foods employee. 
2. Entry is open to Australian residents only 
3. Entry is via website address (URL) www.sandhurstfinefoods.com.au/win only 
4. Employees of Hatcher Pty Ltd or Sandhurst Fine Foods, other associated agencies and their families are not eligible to enter the competition. 
5. The prize is not redeemable for cash. 
6. By entering this competition you consent to Sandhurst Fine Foods and its related bodies corporate and any relevant contractors or agents, using your personal information for marketing purposes for products or services provided by Sandhurst Fine Foods Pty Ltd, including for the purpose of this competition. 
7. Competition commencement date is 1 October 2007. Entries close at end of trade 31 January 2008. Winner will be drawn on 12 February, 2008 at 12pm 
8. The Draw will take place at Topia Pty Ltd, Level 2, 23 Foster Street Surry Hills NSW 2101. The winner will be notified by phone and email (if available). 
9. A further draw may take place at the same place as the original judging on 12 May 2008 if necessary to distribute the prize if unclaimed by that date. 
10. The prize is a Small Appliance and Food Selection package to include; a Pizza Maker, Sandwich Press/Grill and selection of Sandhurst Antipasto products. Prize excludes repair service or replacement of Pizza Maker and Sandwich Press/Grill unless required by law. Prize is valued at $500.00 
11. Sandhurst Fine Foods Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or personal injury sustained in relation to the prize (except for that liability which cannot be excluded by law). 
12. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
